Zhongshan Foodstuff Import & Export Co., Ltd of Guangdong (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongshan Foodstuff Import & Export”) was founded in 1955 and successfully restructured in 2000. It has developed from China National Foodstuff Export Corp Shiqi Branch initially supplying fresh commodities to Hong Kong and Macao by way of purchase and export into a new type of collectivized enterprise integrating science, industry and trade as one and with the establishment of both domestic and overseas sales networks.
